Breaded Pork Cutlets with Mashed Potatoes and Hot Slaw

Breaded pork tenderloin pounded thin with mashed potatoes and a dish called Hot Slaw. Hot slaw is a creamy braised cabbage with onions and a touch of cider vinegar to give it a little tang. We recommend also having some apple sauce to go with it!
