Balsamic grilled chicken topped with homemade basil pesto, roasted cherry tomatoes, and Italian blend of cheeses served with corn risotto and roasted seasonal vegetables. We use organic boneless/skinless chicken breasts from Gerber Farms in heart of Ohio’s Amish country.
