Chicken Caprese with Parm Potatoes and Green Beans

Grilled chicken topped with homemade basil pesto, roasted cherry tomatoes,balsamic glaze and Italian blend of cheeses served with corn risotto and roasted seasonal vegetables. We use organic boneless/skinless chicken breasts from Gerber Farms in heart of Ohio’s Amish country. Served with Parm potatoes and green beans.
