Chicken Caprese with Parm Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus

Balsamic grilled chicken topped with homemade basil pesto, roasted cherry tomatoes, and Italian blend of cheeses served with corn risotto and roasted seasonal vegetables. We use organic boneless/skinless chicken breasts from Gerber Farms in heart of Ohio’s Amish country. Served with Parm potatoes and roasted asparagus.
