This meal is my dad's favorite meal of all time, one that his mom (my Grandma Harding) and then my mom would make for him. A breaded & fried pork chop with mashed potatoes, gravy, and a dish called Hot Slaw. Hot slaw is a creamy braised cabbage with onions and a touch of cider vinegar to give it a little tang. We recommend also having some apple sauce to go with it! A comforting meal that will surely be one of your family's new favorites.
