Meatloaf Cupcakes with Brown Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

A complete family-style meal consisting of meatloaf just like mom made, with a lot of love. For this family meal we serve it with a side of mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Comes also with our roasted seasonal vegetables to make it a wholesome meal just like my mom would make us. Comfort food at its absolute best.
