Mo's Quinoa Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with Tomato Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and sufferin' Succotash's

A Vegetarian twist. Our cabbage is stuffed wit with a blend of quinoa, rice, onions, and bread. After they're rolled, we top them with tomatoes, sauerkraut and sliced onions and baked until tender. We serve ours with our mashed potatoes, and sufferin succotash.
