Mrs. Garske's Cranberry Chicken with Rice Pilaf and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

Mrs. Garske is the mother of a friend of my wife's. We went to their house for dinner many years ago now and had one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had and the inspiration for this dish. Grilled chicken with a sweet and tangy cranberry infused sauce. Served with rice pilaf and roasted seasonal vegetables.
