Flaked baked boneless and skinless salmon filets mixed with the same goodies as our almost-famous crab cakes—crushed Ritz crackers, scallions, red bell pepper, whole grain mustard and seasonings. Served with our spicy remoulade sauce, dilly potatoes and rainbow slaw.
