Salmon Cakes with Rice Pilaf and Roasted Asparagus

Not your momma’s canned salmon cakes here! Flaked baked boneless and skinless salmon filets mixed with the same goodies as our almost-famous crab cakes—crushed Ritz crackers, scallions, red bell pepper, whole grain mustard and seasonings. Served with our spicy remoulade sauce, rice pilaf, and our roasted asparagus.
