Shepherd's Pie

The perfect comfort food brought to the states from the lads and lassies of the Emerald Isle. We use ground lamb in ours (most cheap out and use ground beef!), a blend of vegetables, a thick, rich, brown gravy, topped with our buttermilk mashed potatoes and two-year aged cheddar cheese. Pop it in the oven and you have a hearty Irish favorite ready to warm you in the winter.
