Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Now THIS is a Harding family classic recipe that goes back many generations. My great grandma, Bessie Janeda made this recipe that hasn't been changed in 4 generations. We stuff our cabbages with a blend of ground beef, rice, onions, bread, eggs and milk. After they're rolled, we top them with tomatoes, sauerkraut and sliced onions and baked until tender. with your choice of 2 sides.
