Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with Mashed Potatoes and Buttered Green Beans

Now THIS is a Harding family classic recipe that goes back many generations. My great grandma, Bessie Janeda made this this recipe that hasn't been changed in 4 generations. We stuff our cabbages with a blend of ground beef, rice, onions, bread, eggs and milk. After they're rolled, we top them with tomatoes, sauerkraut and sliced onions and baked until tender. We serve ours with our buttermilk and chive mashed potatoes and butter green beans
